Professional philosophy

Clear agreements. Strong records. Consistent application.

Greg's work centers on fairness, transparency, accountability and supportable conclusions for every stakeholder.

1

The Agreement Governs

The contractual agreement establishes the framework. Technology, databases, outside opinions or review methodologies should not silently replace it.

2

Documentation Creates the Record

The final invoice can only be as strong as the record supporting it. Strong documentation begins in the field and continues through billing and review.

3

Consistency Builds Credibility

Terms, definitions, documentation practices and billing methodology should be applied consistently throughout the project.

4

Transparency Supports Review

A reviewer should be able to understand what occurred, how it was documented, how a charge was calculated and how it relates to the governing agreement.

5

Fairness Applies to Every Stakeholder

A sound T&M process should protect the contractor's right to proper compensation while giving owners, carriers, consultants, adjusters and reviewers the information necessary to fairly evaluate the work performed.

“The strongest T&M outcomes are built on governing agreements, documented facts, transparent calculations and supportable conclusions.”
